I would like to challenge all those that come to this web-site to plant at least one tree and maybe even ten trees (oh that would be so ideal) during Arbor Day on April 29, 2016, National Arbor Day or during Earth Day on April 22, 2016.  Trees are beautiful! They also provide temporary sanctuaries for migratory birds. They are ideal in Landscaping and more than that, they clean up the air. They produce oxygen and take in carbon dioxide. Oxygen is crucial for the survival of every animal species.

The picture you see above is Briones Regional Park in Briones, California. This land once belonged to my 3G Grand Uncle, Felipe  I understand for almost 200 plus years, the Briones family maintained this land which became a park in the mid twentieth century.

We must also be aware of the importance of birds in our ecosystems.  They are majestic animals that need food and good water on their four migration flyways from North America to Central America: is why we must practice "Recycle, Reduce, Reuse" (the content of the song you are now hearing) and keep our ecosystems free of toxic chemicals. Birds are also part of the ecosystem and in turn part of the food chain. They eat other animals and they are also eaten in return.  They are also crucial to the maintenance of the ecosystem in that some birds fertilize plants, spread seeds and many also control insects.

We need to plant more trees in West Texas and Central Texas!!! Trees take in Carbon Dioxide and in turn will help us have a more healtier air quality because it helps clean up Carbon Pollution especially here in Texas and the rest of the states which are considered to be Oil Country!!! Carbon Pollution according to the Climate Reality Project is driving Climate Change."Heello!!! San Antonio, El Paso, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Lubbock, Amarillo, Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Kermit, Pecos, Presidio, Midland-Odessa, Abilene, San Angelo, Texas, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Indio, Concord, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Bolinas, Mountain View, San Jose, Fresno, California, Phoenix, Tucson, Glendale, Scottsdale, Miami, Tubac, Arizona, USA, and the World!!! Are you listening?"  Let's plant millions of trees this Spring and Summer of 2016.  For more info, visit:
